"Dhari was easy and peaceful to work with - I say peaceful because when you're trusting someone with bringing your imagination to life - what you've been seeing in your mind - it can be an anxious experience to put that trust into someone.
But Dhari was very well organised, paid attention to big and small details and kept me updated with each illustration she created for my childrens book. I loved that she first drew prototypes of each image and went over it with me before actually starting the actual illustrations to ensure I was happy with the abstract idea! Dhari also gave me options in terms of illustrations style, and I loved that I got to pick elements of each image that she presented to me.
My childrens book is based on Afro-Carribean culture and Dhari showed a high level of respect to this and whatever she wasn't sure about she ensured to ask!
Dhari also put the whole book together in a PDF file, with the bleedline and spine size so that all I had to do was send the file straight to the printing company which saved me a lot of frustration in trying to figure it out for myself!
This is my first book to be published, and Dhari made it such a lovely and easy going experience with her creative talent, attention to detail, her professionalism, and immaculate time keeping!"

FAQs
Where do I start?
We start by having a chat - I like to grab a coffee or book in a call, get to know you and what you’re looking for, and most importantly get excited about being creative! From there if we decide to go ahead, I will send you an onboarding form with all the necessary details - you will always know where I’m up to in our project!
When do you send quotes?
Once we’ve had our initial meeting I will send over a price list that will show your chosen package - we may have had a budgets chat before this so if that’s the case I usually take that into account for the price list.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes! I have a 1-payment and 2-payment plan, with the first invoice always being due once we're at the signing contract stage. If there’s a different schedule that works for you we can chat about it, I’m open to different payment plans if it makes things more comfortable for you.
